Mission to Serve

St. Paul's Mission to Serve team is Gathered by God to Share the Love of Jesus with a goal of blessing ministries by physically serving alongside them - when possible - and by making financial contributions to chosen organizations. 100% of the Mission to Serve contributions are forwarded to the recipient organization.

LWML - Mission Grants

Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML) organizes grant campaigns to fund missions in the US and throughout the world, to proclaim the love of Christ to others in need.

Current LWML mission grant requests include:

Grant #5 Disaster Response Team - to assist Trinity Lutheran Church Disaster Response Team (TLC DRT) in Tyler, Texas, answering the call to serve by ministering to the physical and spiritual needs of people affected by severe storms such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and floods.

Grant # 6 Mobile Kitchen - Forged by Fire provides warm meals, bottled water, and spiritual care to people in times of need following a disaster or economic downturn. This grant will allow the purchase of a mobile, self-contained kitchen trailer unit to provide meals in communities affected by disaster. Over 130,000 meals have been served in the Gulf Coast region. The mobile kitchen will benefit smaller communities in need that are often overlooked by larger organizations.

Your donation to this Mission to Serve will go directly to LWML to help fund requests like these.  To see a complete list of mission grants click here.
