The Bible Timeline: The Story of Salvation

The prophet Jeremiah gives us these words from our Lord: For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for good and not evil, to give you a future and a hope.  And wow!  What a future and what a hope!  In this study we will trace this future and this hope through Stripcture, unpacking God's plan through time in the wonderful books fo the Old Testament.

Religion in Colonial America: A Visual Tour

This is designed as a survey class using slides and pictures to tell the story of the first 175 years of Religion in America.  We will look at the Protestant Reformers, and the developments in England that led to the migration of an overwhelmingly Reformist/Calvinist population to the 13 colonies. We will learn of the great religious leaders in the colonies, but also examine the religious experiences of the people. Finally, we will attempt to show how these experiences had an impact on religion throughout our history into the 21st century. This class is designed for both newcomers and regular attendees of our Sunday adult educations classes.

Check out opportunities on other days of the week, too: Men's Breakfast and Women's Bible Study both Daytime & Evening, and LWML - Lutheran Women in Mission.
